MINUTES OF A <br />OF THE CI'I'Y <br />MEETING OF THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />iF NORTH OLMSTED - HELD AT THE CITY HATT, <br />MAY 7, 195go <br />Meeting called to order by R. Parker at 7:35 P.M. <br />Present: R. Parker and N. Snyder. <br />Minutes of ineeting of April 1, 1958 read and approveda <br />Mr. Krueger, 25823 W. Ranchview seeks approval to add a nine (9) ft. <br />patio which will leave a six (6) fto, instead of a 15 ft, clearance <br />to the prdperty of Mr. Mackey to the West of Mr. Krueger. Mr. Krueger <br />was advised that the property would be inspected by the Board and that <br />we would discuss this matter with Mr. Krueger and contact him in regards <br />to the decision of the Board. To date, R. Parker has been unable to <br />contact I4ro Mackey. <br />Mr. Wallner, Ohio Shores Construction Company, seeks permission to erect <br />a fence, constructed of wood, six (6) feet high to run twenty (20) feet <br />North & South and eighty (80) feet East & West at the rear of property <br />belonging to Mr. Krakomberger of Clague Road. Mr. Wallner was advised <br />that said property would be inspected. Mr. Krakomberger contacted for <br />approval and that he would be advised as to the decision of the Board. <br />Mr. Krakomberger when contacted stated that he objected to a six (6) ft. <br />fence; therefore, the Board did not render a decision of approval. Notify <br />Mr. Wallner to work out an agreement with Mr. Kralcomberger and contact the <br />Board when they are in agreemente <br />Mr. L. Maresh, 23555 A1ex,ander Road, seeks permission to erect a frame <br />dwelling on a thirty-five (35) foot set back, based on the fact that all <br />other homes are on a 35 foot set back on the portion of Alexander Roado <br />Mr, Iqaresh was advised that this property would be checked by the Board <br />and that he would be contacted in regards to the decision of the Board. <br />Mr. Parker and Mr. Snyder recommended the request be approved. <br />Mr. F. O'Neill seeks permission to sell property at 24463 Gessner Road <br />to Mr. Banmhardt, on the stipulation that Nir. Bavmhar@t can extend the <br />existing garage eight (S) to the West of the present garage. Mr. O'Neill <br />submitted a letter from Mr. and Mrs. J. McFarland, (his neighbor to.the <br />West), stating their approval of this extension. An inspection of this <br />property shows that the existing garage now clears the property line by the <br />minimum of fifteen (15) feet. In connection with Mrm McFarland, and after <br />our inspection of this property., this matter was brought to a vote. Mr. <br />Parker and Nir. Snyder -"Yeas". The extended portion of the garage will be <br />a minimum of seven (7) feet from the East line of the property of J. McFarland. <br />Notes All four of these properties were inspected by the Board after the <br />meeting was closed at $:05 P.M., and the decisions of the Board were noted <br />as stated above. <br />4 <br />Chairman
