14INUTES OF A MEETING OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, HELD AT $:00 P.M. <br />FEBRUARY 11, 195$ <br />Members present were Messrs. Sipe, Grumney, Gareau, Barnes, and Hannan. <br />The meeting was called to order at 8s00 P.Ms by Mayor Gareau, Acting <br />Chairman. This meeting set up the officers for the Planning Commission <br />for the yearQ Nominations were opened for Chairman. Mr. Grumney nominated <br />NIr. Sipe. It was moved and seconded nominations be c].osed, and Mr. Sipe <br />waselected Chairmano Nominations were opened for Secretary. 114r. Hannan <br />was nominated0 but declined.' Mr. Hannan nominated Mr. Grwnney. It was <br />moved and seconded nomi.nations be closed, and Mr. Grumney was elected <br />Secretary. <br />Mrs. Carx°ie Burneson, 23704 Mastick Road, presented a plat of original <br />Olmsted Township - Tx°act 6- Lot 37, Village of No7°th Olmsted, dated <br />September, 1942, to cut off a lot at the Tn'est side of existing lot. The <br />].ot would have, approxi.mately 51 ft. frontage in an "A" residential area, <br />where 80 fto frontage is necessary to coffiply wi.th the ordinancea The <br />Planning Commission suggested Mrs. Burneson revise the plat and take it <br />to the Zoning Board of Appeals. <br />Mro Milan Turocy, 6006 MacKenzie Road,. owns two lots at the said address' <br />with a total of 174 ft. frontage x 558.10 ft. depth. He would like to <br />divide said lot so that lot Noo 24 has 70 ft. frontage, and lot No. 25 <br />has 104 ft. frontage. It was moved by Mr. Hannan, seconded by Mr. Gareau, <br />this be approved, and the motion earrieda Copy of sketch will be turned <br />in to the Planning Comrnission the morning of February 12, 1958. <br />A request by Mre Francis J. McCrone and Dora Rose McCrone to ma.ke two lots <br />of existing, adjoining three lots on Wellseley Avenue. The original lots <br />,were 43.56 ft, x 250 ft. depth, which will result in one lot 65.00 x 250 ft., <br />and one 1ot 65468 ft. x 250 ft. The existing lots are sublots Nos. 536a <br />537, and 538. It was moved by Mr. Grumney, seconded by Mr. Barnes, this <br />- be approved, and the motion carried. <br />A general discussion of future plans for the development of the City of <br />North Olmsted was carried on for about one houre <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:50 P.M. <br />.
