A. Kalman, 9301 Oakdale Road, Parma, is i.nterested in a lot on Lorain <br />Road at the corner of Charles Avenue. (Lot IV'o. 2 of the Olmsted Farms <br />Subdivision). The question is, raould it be necessary to consider four <br />(4) lots as subdivisions? Not necessary. <br />School Board members at-tending meetinga NLrs. Grace Corell, Mr. Repko, <br />and Mr. C. Cha]mer. They were thankful for invitations. We were told <br />their needs, and they v,rou.ld like to be consulted more on City planning. <br />A gene.ral discussion on the nesds of the schools followed. <br />? <br />?Mrs George Stewart, Sr., and Mrs. Flizabeth W. Stewax°t presented past <br />record of subdivision. Water pemit granted September 25, 1956, Sub- <br />cr'ivision approved by Planning Commission April 9, 1957. Ques-tioils on <br />ordiiiance for type of pavement. The Stewarts claim their subdivision <br />was approved using a black top pavement, and now they are required to <br />use concrete which-makes the price of the lots prohibitive. The Planning <br />Commission recommended to the Stetiiarts, on the advice of Mr. Oviatt, that <br />they take their problem to the City Councila Mre E.
