<br />-7 <br />Li <br /> <br />MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, HELD AT 8t00 P.M. <br />MARCH 11, 1958 <br />Present vrere Messrs, Sipe, Gareau, Barnes9 and Hannan. <br />The minutes of the meeting of Februarf 25th, 1958 were approved as <br />read. ' <br />Mr. Rice of 6715 Stearns Road asked to have a. 2081 plot divided into <br />;hree (3) plots, and was referred to the Zoning Board of Appeals. <br />Mr. Johnson, Mr. Pennington, Mrm Hausmann, and Mr. Halishak, representing <br />Parkland Estates, presented a plat consisting of 165 lots located on the <br />West side of 14acKenzie Roada The Planning Commission sug?ested these <br />gentlemen appear before Council to present their problem regarding <br />street surfacing and sewers. <br />A general discussion followed. <br />Meeting adjourned at 10:05 P.M. <br />?
