MINUTES OF A MEETIPJG OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED9 HF,LD AT 8:00 P.M. <br />MARCH 25, 1958 <br />Present were Nessrs. Sipe and Grumney. <br />The Planning Commission appeared at a meeting of Council. The <br />problems involved were the type of street paving in a new sub- <br />division on MacKenzie Road (Parkland Estates, and i,he width of <br />the streets. <br />Part of the paving was under the old ordinance?9 allowing slag and <br />black top. The new portion comes under the new ordinance using <br />concrete. <br />The street width under question, part is now 50 ft. The thought <br />is that the extensions of these streets should be 60 ft., as <br />this is in accordance with the new ordinance. <br />Cou-ncil is taking the problems under consideration. <br />MMro Chas. Pennington made the presentations for the Parkland <br />Estates. <br />Nieeting adjourned - no quorum. <br />? <br />
