Drive line to f 1ow into MacKenzie. This involves 18 homes.
Mr. Kanareff stated that the line on MacKenzie would have
to be designed to take in the lowest lateral on proposed street,
approximately 15 feet below center line of MacKenzie. Line on
MacKenzie would have to be 16 or 17 feet deep in order to re-
verse the line on Terrace. Ncone knows Brown1s elevation.
For this reason it is not known def initely that the line can
be reversed to tie into our system.
The eff luent from the Breezewood plant runs into a ditch
which comes across Fitch Road back into North 0lmsted.
The Breezewood Plant has a contract with the county #143Q
whereby the county agrees to maintain the plant. This applies
to the plant only; not to the sewer lines. Therefore the City
of North Olmsted will have to maintain the lines, and there will
be the problem of revenue for servicing lines. Mr. Sipe made the motion that we accept the subdivision with
a recommendation to council by letter that some legisla f°d be
passed for maintenance purposes of sewage lines and laterals.
Mayor Gareau added to the motion that we turn over comments on
this subject of previous minutes to the council.
Mayor Gareau seconded motion. Roll ca11 was taken. Mr. Sipe,
Mayor Gareau, Mr. Barnes approve.
Motion f or adjournment was made by Mr. Sipe, `seconded by
Mayor Gareaue Meeting adjourned at 10:20 P.M.
? .?
Chairman
MBE
.-S'e cr e t a??
