(01d Perkins estate) , appeared <br />before -the commission for approval of subdividing this property. (150° frontage <br />on Y-astick)o <br />She was advised to divide this into two lots, each 75 feet wide at the <br />, st r c-et , and the dividing lino 5 f oet away from her ho use . This does ilot meet: t?.ie minimum 80 foot frontage requirement for this area <br />but since ttzere is non-.co-nforming property in the immediate vicinzty it was <br />considered permissible to allo-w this diviation. <br />A?tr. Patc r..eQppeared before the plannin; cormnission for approval of a substitute <br />plat of water mains ard sanit ary ses?er for Great NOrthern B1vd.. (Again approving <br />ior recording purposes on1y.) The reason for the redesigned right of yvay i.s because ,when -Ehe engineer <br />surveyed for the wa-ter mins and sanit ary sewer he found that the existing storm <br />sewer was not located where the map showed it to be. In order to save the storm <br />sevrer a neec corrected plat tivas grepared.. (This storm sewer is adequate to take <br />adjoining property only. • It a,ri7.1 service a run-off of 200 feet on either side <br />of the roa.d. If apart.ment pro ject 3s deve2oped additiona'1 storm sewers tivi'11 be <br />requi.red.) <br />The motion was rrade by I?Iayor Gareau, on. Engineer Kanareff's recommendation, <br />f or approval o f a plat f or wat or mains and sanit ary s evrer. on Gr eat Northern B:Lvd. <br />This plat is being submittod as a substituto for a pZat signed Nov. 5, 1958, by <br />the pl.anning commission and is to supercede it. The substituta plat was sub- <br />mitted because of an error in the first plat and misalignment of storm seaaer <br />cons-truction. lllr. Barnes secorxled the motion. Car1 Monoello of 25870 Lorain Road appeared before the commission <br />vrith plans for aLz addition to his home ; for the purpose of making the entire <br />bui7.dino ini;o a dupZex. <br />Af-ter a review of his plans he was advised that each v.nit of a mul-tiple <br />dwel7.ing sho.uld have a mi.nimum area of 840 square f eet . In as mzch as his plans <br />sllow that one unit will have an area o£ only 648 square feot it was sugge5ted <br />that he revise his plans to meet the requiremnts.
