Reason f or rejectione Violation of Ordnance No. 2445, -krticles 5, Section 5, Par. 7 and No. 7, Section 2, Par. 2. Motion for,approval was made by W. Klinite. Vote: Parker - No; Klinite m Noo Appeal denied. Sherwood J. Stroud, 22979 Alexander Road Request for erection of screened-in porch at rear of home. Reason for rejection: Insufficient footage between garage and proposed porch. Appeal granted. Hi F,y Gasoline Stations, Inc._ Mrm Melvin Pogalies, representing Mrs J. E. Reese, Vice-Pres.ident of Hi Fy Gasoline Stations, Inc.9 appeared before the Board. Reason for rejection: Ordinance No. 2445, Art. VII, Section 29 Part of Pars "A" and also Art. XIII, Section 49 Par. "A". The appeal covered erection of gas station on Lorain Road between North Olmsted Clinic and the North Olmsted Lumber Company. Nicholas Luka, owner of the property iilvolvedg was presente Mro Reese has a land purchase contract with AZr. Luka? subject to the approval of erection of the building. Engineering plans etc, are not ready at the time. It was recommended by Building Commissioner Ernest Gundy that the matter be held up pending further plans. PZr. Parker set up a Public Aearing for August 4th9 1959 at 7:30 P.M. Central Outdoor Advertising Compan,Y, Inc., 4600 Carnegie Request for permit to construct a sign.board on Brookparlt Road at the rear of 4872 Columbia Road. Reason f or rejectione Product advertised not sold on the premises. Building Commissioner Ernest Gundy stated that the location is in a residential area. Appeal denied.
