REGULAR MEETIIdG OF THE ZONING B0ARD OF APPEALS <br />OF THE CITY OF IdORTH OLMSTED HEVD AT THE CITY <br />HALI, ON AUGUST 4, 1959 -(ALSO PIIBLIC AEARING <br />RE HI-FY GAS STATIONS) <br />Presents W. Lindsay - Chairman Pro-Tem; W. A. Klinite <br />Absent: R. Parker <br />The meeting was called to order at 8:15 P.M. <br />Hi-F,Y Gas Stations <br />Minutes of the meeting of July 7th, 1959 were read. The letter from the <br />Building Commissioner E. Gundy was read. <br />Nicholas Luka,.owner of the property involved9 asked about the date of the <br />ordinance. <br />Mr. Reese spoke of plans and needs for this particular station. <br />A motion was made by Mr. Lindsay that the appeal be denied. "Yeas" Klinite <br />and Lindeay. Motion carried. <br />Robert L. Poesik, 3622 Walter Road <br />Insufficient side line for erection of garage. "Yeas": Klinite and Lindsay. <br />Appeal granted. _ <br />John A. Kodger, 5733 South Porter Road <br />Insufficient distance between house an.d garage. "Yeas"s Klin.ite an.d <br />Lindsay. Appeal granted. <br />John D. Roth, 4484 Dover_Road <br />Appeal to subdivide 13736 fts lot into two lotse Lot of 71 ft. already <br />has existing house on it and a vacant lot would consist of 66?/?z ft. Mr. Lindsay <br />moged that the appeal be referred to the Planning Commission of the City of <br />North Olmsted for submission of a plot plan. "Yeas":- Klinite and Lindsaye <br />Richard H. Porter PropertY at 28062 Brookpark Road Extension <br />Appeal to subdivide 147/ ft. lot into two lots. One of 89 ft. with existing <br />house on it and a vacant lot o£ 58/ ft. Mr. Lindsay moved that the appeal <br />be referred to the Planning Commission of the City of Taorth Olmsted for sub- <br />ffiission of a plot plan, "Yeas": Klinite and Lindsay. <br />The meeting adjourned at 9m10 P.M. <br />0 <br />2 <br />r? ?
