REGUI,AR MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING <br />HELD BY THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEgLS <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED HELD AT <br />THE CITY HALL <br />NOvEMBER 4, 1959 <br />The meeting was called to order at 8:10 P.M. <br />Presen.t: W. Lindsay, Chairman Pro-Tem <br />W. Klinite, Secretary <br />Norman J. Winchester - 26165 Kenned,y Ridge Roa_d <br />Extension of present garage - 30 inches to rear; insufficient sideline. <br />Appeal granted if continuity of roof line of extension agrees with the <br />pitch of the roof on the main garage. "Yeas" Klinite and Lindsay. <br />Hugh M. Ellen.wood - 4762 Bailey Road <br />Enclosure of patio between two existing garages. Over 650 sq, fe6t; <br />will have 800 sqo ft. if allowed to build. Mr. Ellenwood was not <br />present, nor was a representativee Mre Gundy stopped construction due <br />to lack of permit and violation of zon.ing ordinanae. Mr. Lindsay moved <br />for continuance. rTr. Klinite seconded the motion. "Yeas" Lindsay and <br />Klinite. . <br />James E. Murray - 2046 W. 83rd, Cleveland 22 Ohio <br />Appeal based on insufficient sidelines for construction of home. Appeal <br />granted9 subjeet to letter from owner of the property on the north side. <br />"Yeas" 1?linite and Lindsay. <br />Spencex° A. West - 6014 Burns Road <br />Appeal based on insuft'icient side line for proposed garage and apron. <br />Existing 8 ft. concrete drive already in is only 2 ft. from sidelinea <br />gppeal granted. "Yeas" glinite and Lindsay. <br />Public Hearing <br />'I 1 <br />Robert G. Dreger - 25810 Kenned,y Ridge <br />Public Hearing was held relative to construction of addition to greenhouse. <br />Mr. Dreger was the only interested property oVmer presents He presented <br />letter signed by Bqre & Mrs. S. Doerner and George D. Smith and Nlr. & Mrs. <br />Fred J. Guelker, the adjourning property owners, who had no objections. <br />Appeal granted.
