M. <br />Members present caere; Fddie H.ixson, Williaad Greene, and Edward Byers. <br />Absents Glillard ICla.nitea <br />Also present was the Bui.].ding Commissioner, Ernest Gundy. <br />The following appeals wese heardm <br />7; 30 PM - JACK E. KRONZ <br />Appell.ant appeared and withdrew hie appeal. <br />8:00 1'M - GUS AJdD MAItZt PAPPAS - REPRESFfdTED BY BOB CUTLER <br />Bob Cui:ler presented a letter from Mr. Rop E. Frankhouser, owner of the <br />property on which the proposed sign would be erected, i.n which he gave <br />approeal £or the erection of a sign on th.e roof of his buildimg. After <br />hearing the appeal and discussbx?g the case, it was moved by riro Byers and <br />secondad by Mr. Greene to deny the appeal, Roll call vote: Those in <br />favor of the motiona Wi113.am Greene, Eddie Hi.xsan, Edcaard Ayerso Those <br />opposed: Noneo The motion was unaraimously approveda <br />8:30 PM - OWL'N At3D NEWTON REEHOFtST <br />Mro Oiaen Reehorst appeared and was represented by Bob Cutlere Appearing <br />i.n opposition to NIr. Reehorst iqere: Mr, Thompson - Acme Hardware Company, <br />23473 Lorain Road; and Mr. C. A. Lutz - Clague Realty, 23443 Lorain Road. <br />,After all th.e peresons i.nvolved were heard, Mso Reehorst decided to withdraw <br />his appeal. <br />It was moved by IvSr@ Greene, seconded by 14r, Byers, the meeting be adjourned, <br />The meeting adjourned at 9m00 P.
