Pla.nning Commission Page 2 Ma.rch 22, 1960
3. Ordinances of the city require utilities and pavement
to be installed prior to issuance of building permits, no provision
is made for subsequent grading of the subdivision. It is recom-
mended that a subdivision grading bond be posted to protect the city.
Zone maps were distributed to the commission for study.
Mr. Mongello made a suggestion to have a blown-up map of portions of
North Olmsted that are under consideration for future developments9
sub-developments9 schools' etc# and requested funds to cover the
expenses necessary. It was seconded by Mr. Doran.
Mr. Kadylak assigned certain sections of the zoning ordinance to
members of the Planning Commission for review and to request any
changes. A period of one month or two meetings would be sufficient
time to review these ordinanceso
A suggestion was made by Mr. Kadylak to the Commission for the con-
sideration of obtaining acreage £or a future site for parks or other
munici.pal uses. He felt that the land we now have available would
not be sufficient if the City continues ite growth and its population
continues to increase as is estimated by 1975•
A11 suggestions made this evening wi11 be further considered at the
next meeting.
A motion was made by Mr. LaPonza, seconded by Mro Doran, to adjour-i
the meetingo "Yeast1 Kadylak' Vincentg Dorang LaPonzag Biadas9 Mongello,
The meeting was adjourned at 10s05 PeM.
r
Richard Mongellop Sec etary
