Kadylatc, <br />Chairmana <br />Ttae minutes of the meetiaag of September 13, 1960 were read by Secretasy <br />Mongello, and approwed, <br />LIBBY-LEE CORPORA'TION <br />A commnuniration from Mro iCanareff, Citq Engxtteer, was read, in which he <br />recmmmended certaia requir.ements be met before approval by the Commission. <br />Dfscuss ion ensued and it was deteriai.ned to hold the matter in abeyance unt il <br />ghe required changes are made and restxbm3tted to the Gormni.ssian. <br />VARCAN SiJBDIVISION <br />A cummunication from Mro Kanareff, City Pngineere was also read in regards <br />to the oarcan Suvdivasion., ixe which he recommended certain clianges be ma3e <br />and resubmitted to the Planaaing Commission €or approvalo In addition, Mr. <br />Varady9 Presiderat of the Lorain Mutua1 Investment Company, requested that <br />Sublot No. 34 in thbs subdivision be rezoned f rom residential to multipZe <br />clwelling, Mr. Kadylak suggested that Msm Varady state his request in <br />writing to the Cotamission, for considera'tion; <br />CHURCH PROPERTY <br />The Catholic Diocese of Cleveland accepted the reco€nmendations made by Mrm <br />ICanareff e City Engineer, and are w'flling to deed to the City of North Olmsted <br />the entbre Southerly portiorn of land, approximately 1/24th of their property, <br />whieh tai11 enable the City to tie in wa.th two proposed streets and fuicure <br />devel opment of an add it iona 1 f orty (40) ac res , in exchange f or as suraaxce f ro?i <br />the City that no cinarges will be made for any faxture assessaentsa <br />GFSSNEIt ROAD <br />Discussion ensued relative to coaastruction of a dwelling for Mr. McDaniels <br />on the 1ast remafning lot on Gessner Road, near Columbaa. The lot does not <br />meet the reqtaisements of zoniang in that area, being 10 ft, shorfi of necessary <br />Erontage; hovreeer, being the onlgr remai.ning lot, and having the written <br />approval of Mr. Delfi.ng, owners of the adjoining property, it was moved by <br />Mr. Biadas, seconded by Mro Mongello, constructican of a dwelling be allowed, <br />and Idr. Rinyu' s name be strickeas from the plot nlan, at the request of the <br />City Engineero "Yeas" Mongello, Biadas, LaPonzaD Vincent. <br />REZOPdING - 24005 LOI2AIN ROAD <br />A request for rezoning of proper_ty located at 24005 Lorain Road, for use as a <br />Trail.er Park, Trailer Sales, and a Heating Gompany, was presented by Mr. Fred <br />Donndly.
