41 <br />? <br />Board of Zoning Appeals <br />- 2 - <br />April 4, 1961 <br />(t was moved by Mr. Morgan and seconded by Mr. Smith that the Rractical Construction <br />Company be granted a variance to build homes on sublot Nos. 69, 92s 94-114, 119-146, <br />152-165 on Spruce, Magnolia, and Elder Drives in Olmsted Colony, Subdivision Nos. <br />3a 4, and 5; providing for a reduction of the total side yard distances from <br />20 feet 0 inches to 17 feet 4 inches; however, the distance between homes con- <br />structed by the appellant must be no less than 17 feet 4 inches and the minimum <br />side yard shall be no less than 5 feet. in addition, all homes constructed by the <br />appellant shall have two-car a,ttached garages.
