I <br />Cttu .Df CXM4 (011tt.StQk 04irl <br />..?..?.. <br />REGULAR MEETSNG OF THE BOARD OF ZQNING APFEALS <br />HELD AT THE C9TY HALL JUNE 6, 1961 <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:35 p.m. <br />Members present: klBlliam Greene, Willard Klinite, Lloyd Morgan, and <br />Marvin Smith <br />P1embers absent: Edward Byers <br />Also present: Ernest J. Gundy, Buiiding Commissioner <br />The minutes of the special meeting of May 23, 1961, were read and approved, <br />1. Appellantm Karl Kiese) - 5195 Dover Center Road <br />North Olmsted, Ohio <br />The appeliant requested permission to enclose an existing first-floor porch, <br />10' x 101, on the front of his two-family, non-conforming dwellingo <br />It was moved by Mr. Greene and seconded by Mr. Morgan that the variance be <br />granted. The motion was unanimously approvede <br />2. Appellanto Watson Penrod - 5588 Fitch Road <br />North Olmsted, Ohio <br />The appellant requested permission to erect a one-story tool shed, 20' x 221, <br />8' high. The erection of this tool shed without a concrete slab is in <br />violation to the building coilee <br />It was moved by Mr. Greene and seconded by Mro Smith that the matter be <br />carried over to a spec3al meeting on June 20e The motion was unanimously <br />approved. <br />3. Appell:ant: Russell E. Miller - 3171 West 231 Street <br />North Olmsted, Ohio <br />The appellant requested permission to build an attached garage, requesting <br />a variance of 10 feet in the side yard footage. The appellant presented <br />a tetter from the property owner on the south, John D. 41a11, 3181 LJest 231, <br />and the property owner on the north, H. Michael Burke, 3161 West 231, stating <br />that these neighbors have no objection to the building plans. <br />It was moved by Mr. Morgan and seconded by Mr. Greene that the variance be <br />granted. The motion was unanimously approved. <br />4. Appellant: Emmett L. Lemp - 14412 Courtland Avenue <br />Cleveland 11, Ohio <br />The appellant requested permission to move a house now on Grayton Road Bn <br />Cleveiand to sublot no. 8 on Park Lane in North Olmsted.
