Gundy, Buiiding Commissioner The minutes of the special meeting of May 23, 1961, were read and approved, 1. Appellantm Karl Kiese) - 5195 Dover Center Road North Olmsted, Ohio The appeliant requested permission to enclose an existing first-floor porch, 10' x 101, on the front of his two-family, non-conforming dwellingo It was moved by Mr. Greene and seconded by Mr. Morgan that the variance be granted. The motion was unanimously approvede 2. Appellanto Watson Penrod - 5588 Fitch Road North Olmsted, Ohio The appellant requested permission to erect a one-story tool shed, 20' x 221, 8' high. The erection of this tool shed without a concrete slab is in violation to the building coilee It was moved by Mr. Greene and seconded by Mro Smith that the matter be carried over to a spec3al meeting on June 20e The motion was unanimously approved. 3. Appell:ant: Russell E. Miller - 3171 West 231 Street North Olmsted, Ohio The appellant requested permission to build an attached garage, requesting a variance of 10 feet in the side yard footage. The appellant presented a tetter from the property owner on the south, John D. 41a11, 3181 LJest 231, and the property owner on the north, H. Michael Burke, 3161 West 231, stating that these neighbors have no objection to the building plans. It was moved by Mr. Morgan and seconded by Mr. Greene that the variance be granted. The motion was unanimously approved. 4. Appellant: Emmett L. Lemp - 14412 Courtland Avenue Cleveland 11, Ohio The appellant requested permission to move a house now on Grayton Road Bn Cleveiand to sublot no. 8 on Park Lane in North Olmsted.
