CONNISSIOAI <br />CITY OF NORTH OLNISTED - APR:LL 119 1961 <br />The meeting was called to order at 8:15 P.M. by Mr. LaPonza, acting Chairman. <br />The minutes of the meeting of TZarch 2d were read by Mr. Macs,0 acting Secretary, <br />and approved. <br />Present: Anthony T. LaPonza' Leslie B. Macs, and Donald Ford. <br />Absent: Joseph P. Kadylak, Ballard W. Vincent, Richard Mongello, and Ralph <br />Ke11ey. <br />Also Presbnt: Clarence J. Oviatt, City SolicitQr; A1ex Kannareff, City Engineer; <br />Ernest J. Gundy9 Building Commissioner; and Alex Mangani and Henry <br />Caster, Councilmen. <br />It was pointed out by Mr. Oviatt that the Whitethorn Subdivision Number One was <br />never acceptede <br />GJALTER ROAD SUBDItl1'STON - STEPI-iCN KADAR <br />Mro Stephen Kadar, of Kadar Realty, presQnted to the Commission a suUdivision <br />consisting of 100 lots for which subdivision.he is requesting sewer connections <br />on Walter Road. Diseussion ensued and it was decided that Mr. Kannaref'f would <br />study the layout and make recommendations to Mr. Kaciar and Mr. Kadar would then <br />resubmit his subdigision. <br />COLUMBTA ESTA't'ES SUBDIVTSION <br />The Columbia Estates Subdivision iriprovement drawings.were submitteci to the Com- <br />mission shoz-iing Bloclc A being reserved for a street, the t-type turn around agreed <br />upon, storm sewers' sanitary sewers, water mains, pavement, and sideaalk layouto <br />Tt was moved by Mr. LaPoriza., seconded by Mr. Ford, to approve this subdivision. <br />Y`+LAS LaPonza, Ford9 Macs. <br />A copy of Bill #667 was presented to the Cemmission by Mr. Gundy, such bill re- <br />garding ordinances controlling liquor permitso It was moved by Mr. Ford' seconded <br />by Mr. Macs, to accept this Bill.
