Pate and Biskin. <br />Referencer Side Line Varianees for Lots 1 and 12 in the LynnYaaven Estates. <br />Appellant requests side line variance of 151 instead of required 20t, on Sublots <br />1 and 12, on which Model Homes are now being built. With present side line require- <br />ments of 201, tiio out of six nomes in the Lynnhagen Estate Sub-Division would be in <br />Code viol.ationo Mrm Biskin pointed out that the City Flailning Co;runission is in <br />the process of establishing the 15, side line as Code, and this would be presented <br />to Council in the very near :futurea After Couneil/s approval, no further side line <br />variances would be required. Mr. Biskin cited that a blanket side line variance ha.d <br />? been gS°anted to the Foresi; Ridge &-elopment. <br />Mr. 1lorgan mo;red that requested side 13.n.e variances be granted on Lots 1 and 12 on <br />the contingency of Councilis approval and the recording of plat as submitted and <br />apgroved by the City Flanning Commission. Motion seconded by TV1rv Smith and unani- <br />mously approveda
