Niayor Gareau <br />asked to join cenference and he ac?vised that he had not seen final revised copy. <br />Powers of Board in neUr Ordinance are in conflict with Gity Chartere Counselor <br />George Schaff asked -to review Chapter 1133 and concvrred with conf].ict. <br />NLr. Schaff instructed Board that until tha.s Chapter covl.d be reviewed and rev.;.sed, <br />Board is to operate as heretofore so far as jur?ddiction; abiding, however9 with <br />procedure outlined in Sectioii 1133.10 in regard to not;iceso (Page 23).
