A,s Board could not find ariythiizg spacific in our present Zoning Ordinaiice covering storage structures, Law Direci:or George Schaaf wa.s asked at the November 13th meeting to review the Ordinance ar_d oive his interpretation of the above structures. No action wil.l be ta.ken by I?'ir. Gundy's office pe.zding decision by the Board. Nir. Schaafls study of the Ordinance did not disclose any permi-tted uses which included so called "fences" or "toolhouses.it Mr. Schaaf advised that if Beard felt that a provision should Ue made f or storage buildings, then a written recomrnendation for an arnendment snould be made to either Council or Flanning Cornrnission. (Copy of M-r. Schaaf's notes attached). IUIr. Morgail moved that a written recomrlendation Ue submitted to Council for an amendment to the present Qrd, 62-33 dated 6-19-62, providing a suitable provision foz° storage tool sheds and storage space struc-L-ures. In the meantime, this Board gives permission to both apnellants to maintain -their structures as they are until such time as an amendment to the ordinance has been made. NTr.
