Jincent, Anthony T. LaPonza, Leslie B. 1•Iacs, Joseph P. Kadylak, Donald T. Tord, and Richard C. PZongello. Absent: Ralph P. Kelley. Also Present: George Schaaf, Solicitor; Henry Caster, Councilman; Alex Kanareff' City Engineer; Erriest J. Gundy, Building ComnissionEre KARL KF'.ISEL PROPOSED SUBDIJISION. This suedivision is located between Dover Road and Luce,ydale Road, ti•aith 2 lots on Luceyda.le and 1 on Dover. The lots are about 50' by 150' in size. It was suggested by vira LaPonza, that colonial or bungalow type homes would better suit the area tihan the proposed ranch type hornes. It was suggested by Mr. Kanareff -that the Commission should study the possi.bilit,y of extending Kenned,y Ridge Road into Dover Road. The Commission discussed this nossibility and came up with the proposal of putting in a 5-foot sidewalk instead of a street. It was decided to ? hold this in abeyance until the Commission can further study this possibilit.y. Fur•ther action will be taken at the next meeting. STOVFYF3ROOY. SLiBDIVISION rir. Miller requested that sublots 58 through 62 be redivided so that they can make the best advanta.ge of tne additional land they have acquirede Discussion ensued relative to this proposal. It was moved by Nir. LaPonza, seconded by Mro P-facs, to accept the change in the Stoneybrook Subdivision changing lots 58 through 62 and making sublot 62 sixty-four feet plus or minus, sublot 61 sixty-four feet plus or rninus, sublot 60 sixty-four feet,"sublot 59 sixty-four feet9 and sublot 58 si_xty- three feet plus or minus. YEAS iTincent, LaPonza, Kadylak, Macs, Ford, PZongello. PROPOSED REST HOME Mrm Andrew J. Burin and Mrm James Gamellia presented plans to the Commission for a rest home on Lorain Road in the area of Libby-Lee Subdivision, Varcari Subdivision., and the Diocese propert,ya It was stated that the home will have 24-hour emergency service and will meet the State requirements, It will consist of three buildings with a maximum capacity of 450 people. Their proposal was to have this area rezoned bacls past tne present comrnercial zoning approximately an additional 1000 feet. It was suggested tllat their engineer crieck the d.rainage along the north- south line as to whether or not it would be adeouatee A committee of Mr. Mlacs and Mre LaPonza will meet Saturday, Januar,y 279 at 10:00 A.M. -to further stucly the area. ZONIPTG MAP The zoning map was discussed. AI1 area was suggested at the most westerly end of Lorain Road for light industrial use, along with otner areas to be rezoned.
