<br />was moved by Mra Stack, seconded by Mr. Macs, to hold these improvement drawings in
<br />abeyance for further study by a committee. YEAS Stack, Macs, Ford, Vincent,

<br />As per ordinance 975 passed July l, 1952, it was moved by Mr. Kadylak to have all
<br />proposals regarding Planning Commission matters preceded by an application stating
<br />the type of business. Applications can be picked up at the City Hall secretary's
<br />office, or office of the Building Commissioner, or at the regularly scheduled
<br />meetings of the Planning Commission. Seconded by Mr. Macs. YEAS Kadylak, Ma,cs,

<br />Mr. Murray and 1-2r. Pretzman came before the Commission trith a proposal for 180
<br />apartments in the.former Von Duyke property, located at 25459 Lorain Road. There
<br />will be g suites in each building, 6 on the first flooi, and 3 on the second floor,
<br />consisting of 5 two bedroom suites and 4 one-bedroom suites i.n each building, with
<br />rents ranging from $115.00 to $150.00 per montha This is a total of 12.acres gross
<br />and they will utilize about 10 acres for this development. They 'gere advised by
<br />the Commission that the committee would also study this area Saturday morning.
<br />The commission kept one copy of the plan.

<br />A proposal was subraitted to the Commission for 2 sublots located on the corner of
<br />Butternut and Fitch Roads. This was also referred to committee.
<br />GREaT NORTHERN BOULEVARD.
<br />The plat of Great Northern Boulevard was presented to the Commission shotring it as a
<br />dedicated boulevard up to Country Club Boulevard and the rest as a private drive. It
<br />iaas moved by Mr. Macs, seconded by Mr. Ford, to approve tnis proposed boulevard as
<br />showwn on the plat dated Apri1, 1962. YEAS Ma,cs, Ford, LaPonza, Stack, Vincent,
<br />Kadylake
