MINUTES OF A NLETI!NG OF THE PLANNING COMNfISSION CITY OF NORT H OL14STED - JUNE 123 1962 The meeting was called to order at 8s10 P.M. The reading of the minutes was dispensed with. ?resente Bal.lard W. Vincent, Leslie B. Macs, Anthony T. LaPonza, Donald T. Ford, Joseph P. Kadylak., Richard C. Mongello. Absent: Thomas Stacka Also Present: George Schaaf, Solicitor; Henry Caster, Councilman, Alex Mangani' Councilman; Alex Kanareff, City Engineer, and Carl Andreano, Substitute City Engineer. CANDLELIGHT SUBDIVTSION A10. 2 The final plat of Noreen Drive was presented showing a total of 9 sublots on this street. It was moved by Mr. LaPonza, seconded by Mr. Macs, to approve this plat0 YEAS LaPonza, rlacs, V'incent, Ford, Kadylak, Mongello. ROSE TREE SUBDIVISION N0. ]. Plans were submitted to the Commission for a subdivision of•78 sublots with a recrea- tion area located in the area of Maria and Rosita Lane of'f Clague Road. This subdivi- sion was referred to cominittee. ROSE TREE SUBDIVISIQN N0. 2 Plans were submitted to the Commission for a subdivision of 80 lots wi_th a swimming pool site proposed. This subdivision would consist of 22 two family homes and 58 one family residences. This was also referred to Committea. FRANnIid BRUTHERS SUBDIVISIOPI N0. 2 Plans were submitted to the Comr:lission for a suUdivision consisting of 41 residential lots located off Lorain between Ranchview and Canterbury Roads. The lots would be 75 by 145 feat. This was referred to committee for further studye FRANKLIN BROTHERS SUBDIVISION A10. 1 The final linen for the Franklin Brothers Subdivision No. 1 was presented to the Commission showing 30 sublots in this subdivision. The improvement drawings were also presented to the Commission. It was moved by Mr. Kadylak., seconded by Mro Mongello to approve this subdivision contingent upon the Alexander Road culvert going in as plannod and the easement be shown, and that there be shown a no-tation that the temporary cul-de- sac be there as a temporary easement until,the roadway easement is obtained. YEASs Kadylalc, Mongello, Vincent, Mace, LaPonza, Forde 'MANNING CAMPBELL 517BDIVISION N0. 8 The preliminary plans for this subdivision of 223 sublots have been approved. It was decided to hold arry action on this in abeyance until Nir. Mongello presents the Commission with the literature he has on this area. It was also decided that Mr. Manning should appear bef'ore the Commission for the purrooses of fixing deed restrictions in thio sub•- division, Sections 1 and 2.
