Kline and P+Ir. Andrew Burin, representing Mr. Kline, wei2 present at the meeting and <br />presented plans to the Commission for apartments in this areao This development would <br />consist of 72 two-bedroom suites and 72 one-bedroom suites with a parlcing area for 162 <br />cars. Discussion eiq-sued relative to -Lhis proposal and it taas moved by 14r. LaPonza, sec- <br />onded by Mr. Mongello that the following chaxiges should be made and then it zaould be put <br />into committee until ti]2 next meetiiig: Leave sublot 16 open for futu-re axtension of the <br />street, in°et with the parking requirement of the City, and include sidelines, etc, 4fte <br />these revisions are made the committee wiil study it and wi11 have a decision at the nex <br />meetzng. Loclrner and Mr. P-ZcEntee presented to the Commissioiz a proposal for a subdivision of <br />26 sublots on Dover 1"Load. Discussion ensued relative to this proposal and it was moved <br />by NIr. LaPonza, seconled by A'Ir. Sta.ck, to rnake a field cneck on this area and put this <br />subdivision into cocimittee for further study. YEAS LaPonza, Stack, Macs, Ford, Plongello. <br />KIESSEL <br />NIr. Kiessel came before the Commissioli for approval of sublot 1 on Dover R0a-1, kn.own as <br />4572 Dover Center Road, ueing a parcel with SO foot frontab2 and 226.57 x 80 x 230. It <br />was cnoved by NIr. Ford, seconded by P'ls. Stack, to approve parcel No. 1 in Ivir. Kiesselts <br />proposed subdivision as presentedm YEAS Ford, Stack, LaPonza, Niacs, Mongelloo <br />C s M. BOWEN <br />Mr. Clarence Oviatt, representing Mr. U. M. Bowen, presen'ued the Commission :aith a plan <br />that had already been approved by the Comrnission and asked for reapp-,-oval. This is the <br />property of C. Tqie Bowen 1ocated to -the rea-r of .Ludwib's Carriage Manor and Thom TvlcAn Shoo <br />Storeo It was moved 'oy 12r. LaPonza, seconded by TIr. Mongello9 to approve this proposal <br />for mul-tiple residences and are reconmending to Council to rezone the parcel on Clague <br />Road and also for extension o£ zoning of the parcel owned by C.
