Vincent, Leslie B. Macs, Anthony T. LaPonza, Kichard Nlongello, 17onald <br />Ford. <br />Absent: Thomas Stack, Joseph Kadylak. <br />Also Present: Alexander Kanareff, City L"ngineer; George Schaaf, Law Director; and Henry <br />Caster, Councilman. <br />KIESSLL <br />Mr. Kiessel came before the Commission to get a letter of approval to submit to the title <br />company handling his transaction and was advised that he should submit a copy of the zoning <br />ordinance and a copy of the minutes which would be enough proof that this plan was approved <br />by the Commission. <br />FRpNK T,OCKNER <br />Mr. Lockner presented plans to the Commission for his proposed subdivision of 26 lots off <br />Dover Road. The Commission asked NTr. Kanareff for a recommendation and what the drainage <br />was like in this area. Discussion ensued and it was moved by Mr. Niacs, seconded by IvIr. <br />Ford, to turn this proposal down and if Plir. Lockner desired he could come before the <br />Commission with another project using just the frontage on Dover Road. YEAS AZa,cs, Ford, <br />Vincent, Mongello, LaPonza. <br />DLERFIELD LSTATES - ROSETREE SUB. #1 and 2 <br />Mr. Madow and Mr. Lombardo presented plans for Rose Tree Subdivision Number 2 for approval <br />by the Commission of the part of the subdivision which includes Multiple dwelling. 2'his <br />would consist of 128 suites, 64 two-bedroom and 64 one-bedroom suites. As this proposal <br />had been approved by Council, it was moved by Mr. LaPonza, seconded-by r"lr. Rord, to accept <br />this proposal. YEAS LaPonza, Ford, N1acs, I4Ton5ello, Vincent. <br />DiBLiQEDETTO <br />Mr. DiBenedetto came before the commission requesting rezoning of the back 5 acres of his <br />proposed development for apartments. Discussion ensued relative to Mr. DiBenedetto's <br />request for rezoning of the extra footage nec.essary for this proposed development and he <br />stated that he t,rould make deed restrictions against discount houses on the land. It was <br />moved by Mr. Mongello, seconded by Mr. Macs, to rezone the entire parcel of approximately <br />1674 feet on the westerly line and approxima'u-ely 1463 feet on the Easterly line or <br />approximately 10 acres to a mixed use district vrhich they will recommend to council. <br />YLxS Mongello, Macs, LaPonza, Vincent, Ford. <br />LIBBY-LEL :3UBDIVISIOld N0. 1 and N0. 2 <br />This was already approved at an earlier meeting but they are now requesting extra footage <br />to acconmodate apartment dVrellings. After consideration, it was moved by Mr. LaPonza, <br />seconded by Mr. Vincent, to accept this proposed subdivision as shot•m on the plat. <br />YEAS LaPonza, Vincent, Ford, Mongello, NIacs.
