Vincent9 Leslie B. TZacs, An.thony T. LaPonza and Donald Ford. <br />Absent: xichard Nlongello, Joseph P. Kadylak, and Thomas Stack. <br />klso Present: A.lex Kanareff, City Lngineer; George Schaaf, Solicitor; and Ernest J. <br />Gundy, Building Commissionerm <br />The minutes of the previous meeting were read by Mr. La,Ponza and approved as corrected. <br />iqr. Vincent stated that he had submitted a lel;ter of recommendation to Louise Hall as <br />to the Loning Urdinance, Ordinance Noo 62-183, as reflected in the minutes of the <br />neeting of November 13, 1962. <br />LOCKNER SUBDIVISIOPT <br />NZro Lockner submitted to the Commission plans lor 4 sublots fronting on Dover Road. <br />Discussion ensued tiaith Mr. Lockoner relative to this proposal shoJring a future street <br />opening proposed ti;ith a 10 foot easement dedicated +o the Citye Changes were recommended <br />by the City Elngineer which Tir. Lockner was willing to go along Vrith. Discussion ensued <br />with the City Engineer, Building Commissioner, and Solicitor relative to tY:is proposed <br />subdivision as changed. It was moved by N1r. Macs, seconded by Ptr. Ford, to accept this <br />subdivision showing sublot 5 as 80 x 180 and sublots l, 2, and 3 as 80 x 170 feet arid <br />sublot 4 to reflect the balance of the acreage. YEAS Macs, Ford, Vincent, LaPonza. <br />PJIr. Lockner is to submit to the Commission his revised plat showing the proposed changes <br />so that they can pass it on to Council, Mr. Loc?oner stated that he iaould dedicate a ten <br />foot st-rip along Dover Center Road for possible futu-re road widening purposese <br />?,100DVIEW SUBDIVISION <br />Improvement drawings for tiToodvieUr Subdivision were subr_zitted to thc i%ommission by 1,61r. <br />Kanareff o Upon 1;he recommendation of the Ci-ty Engineer, it uras Moved by Mr. LaPonza, <br />secorzded by Mr. Ford, to approve these drawingse YEAS La,Ponza, 5'ord, Vincent, Macs. <br />Witl7 no other business before the Commission it uras moved by Mr. Ford, seconcled by Mr. <br />Vincen.t, to adjourn t'ne meeting.
