. <br />y <br />These minutes are not officiai until approved at Planning Commission Meeting of <br />June 12, 1962, <br />MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE PLANN@NG COMM9SSGON <br />C@TY OF NORI°H OLMS°fED - MAY 22, 1962 <br />°fhe meeting was called to order at 8:25 P.M., by Ghairman, Ballard Vincenta <br />l°he minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved as read. <br />Present: Ballard W. Vincent, Joseph P. Kadylak, l°homas itack, Donald T. F'ord, and <br />Anthony T. LaPonza. <br />Absent: Leslie B., Macs, and Richard C. Mongello, <br />Also Present: Alex Kanareff, City Engineer; George Schaaf, Director of Law; Ernest J. <br />Gundy, Building Commissioner; and Lloyd E. Barnes, Service Director, <br />R&NYU PROPOSED SUBD9VISION <br />A preliminary sketch of the proposed subdivision was presented by Mr. William Rinyu <br />on land located on West 230th Street. Any action on this proposal is bein.g held in <br />abeyance until a meeting can be held with Mre DiBennedetto, whose land adJoins this <br />land, and a satisfactory layout which would be compatable to the area can be worked <br />out. This subdivision consists of a total of 8 lots, l°he Planning Commission is <br />holding 1 plot plan which is in the possession of Mr, Kadylak, <br />MADOW - DEERF9ELD ESTAtES <br />Mr, Linden and Mr, William Dorsky, 2r.chitect, presented the plans for homes as <br />requested at the last meetinge T'hese homes will be in the $21,000 class. <br />MRo PRETZMAN <br />Mr, Pretzman, representing the First Fidelity Mortgage Corp,, was present at the <br />meeting in regard to this proposal for apartments on the former VonDuyke parcel. <br />(See minutes of April 24, 1962). It was moved by Mr. Stack, seconded by Mr. Ford, <br />recommending that this be made into multiple dwelling with the provision that <br />Mr. Pretzman's company conform to the streets of the Columbla Land Development . <br />Company and leave an opening to prevent the Jergens Property to the west from <br />being landlocked. "Yeas" Stack, Ford, Vincent, Kadylak, LaPonza. <br />.90HN ACROCELLO <br />Mr, Acrocello presented a plan for the use of the lot located on Clague Road adJacent <br />to the Kroger parking lota °fhis was put into a committee for study, Mr. LaPonza <br />has the plot plan retained by the Commission, <br />WILL9AM BUYER - PROPOSED REZONING FOR INDUSTRIAL USE <br />Mr, William Buyer came before the Commission representing the peopleā¢from the <br />Charles Road, Barton Road, and westerly Lorain Road area that is beii:ng considered <br />for industrial zoning. The commission would like to recommend that Council consider <br />the petition that was presented to them and that Mr. Buyer will be given consideration <br />at tht next Council meeting on this matter.
