Minutes of Planning Commisslon - April 17th, 1962 - Continued Page 2. <br />As per ordinance 975 passed July l, 1952, it was moved by Mr. Kadylak to have all proposals <br />regarding Planning Commission matters preceded by an application stating the type of business. <br />Applications can be picked up at the City Hall secretary's office, or office of the Building <br />Commissioner, or at the regularly scheduled meetings of the Planning Commission. Seconded <br />by Mr. Macs. "Yeas" Kadylak, Macs, LaPonza, Vincent, Stack, Ford. <br />It was moved by Mr. LaPonza, seconded by Mr. Ford, that all exposed masonry; on residential <br />construction only, be of face brick construction. "Yeas" LaPonza, Ford, Macs, Stack, <br />Vincent, Kadylak. <br />MR. DON MURRAY:"?AND MR. ALLEN PRETZMAN <br />Mr. Murray and Mr. Pretzman came before the Commission with a proposal for 180 apartments <br />in the former Von Duyke property, located at 25459 Lorain Road. There will be 9 suites <br />in each buildin.g, 6 on the first floor and 3 on the-second floor, consisting of 5 two <br />bedroom suites and 4 one-bedroom suites in each building, with rents ranging from*$115.00 <br />to $150,00 per month. This is a total of 12 acres gross and they will utilize about 10 <br />acres for this development. They,were advised that the Committee?would also study this <br />area Saturday morning, The Commission.kept one copy of the plan. <br />SHAVE <br />A proposal was submitted to the Commission for 2 sublots located on the corner of Butternut <br />and Fitch Roads. 7his was also referred to a committee. <br />aREAT NORTHERN BOULEVARD <br />The plat of Great Northern Boulevard was presented to the Commission.showing it as a <br />dedicated boulevard up to Country Club Boulevard and the rest as a private drive. It was <br />moved by Mr. Macs,.seconded by Mr. Ford, to approve this proposed boulevard as shown on <br />the plat dated April, 1962, "Yeas" Macs, Ford, LaPonza, Stack, Vincent, Kadylak. <br />It was moved by Mr. Ford, seconded by Mr. Stack, to adjourn the meeting. "Yeas" Ford, <br />Stack, Macs, Vincent, Kadylak, LaPonza. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 P.M..
