Vincent, Leslie B. Macs, Anthony LaPonza, Donald T. Ford, and <br />N.ichard C. PZor_gello. <br />Absent: Joseph P. Kadylak and Thomas Stack. <br />The meeting iaas called to order at 8s00 P.M. <br />Kr. Glazer, IyIre Brovm and NLr. Pretzman came before the Commission requesting a private <br />drive for an apartrnent development located on the South side of Lorain Road between <br />Fleharty and Columbia Roads. A motion was made by Nir. LaPonza, seconded by I`?ir. Nongello, <br />to put this project into committee and render a decision at our next meeting. YEAS <br />LaPonza, Mongello, Ford, Macs and Vincent. <br />A request was made by NIr. Don NTellinger for apartment rezoning for rear land on the <br />Northeast corner of Clague Road and Brookpark Road. PJIr. Macs made a motion, seconded <br />by 1Ir. LaPonza, to put this project into committee for further study. YLAS Mongello, <br />Macs, LaPonza, Ford, and Vincento <br />A letter was read fron Clerk of Council concerning the following ordinances being amend- <br />ments to the zone map: Ordinance Zdo. 62-224, 62-225, 62-203, 62-204, and 62-205. It <br />was moved by Mr. Macs, seconcled by Mr. Ford, to approve these ordinances as turitten sub- <br />ject to Council's recommendation of the January 2nd, 1963, meeting. YEAS PZacs, Ford, <br />LaPonzal P•Tongello and Vincent. <br />It was moved by Mr. LaPonza, seconded by Mr. Ford, to adjourn the meeting.
