Macs, xnthony T. TaPonza, Ballard W. Vincent, and Itiichard C. Mongelloa <br />Absenta Joseph P. Kadylak, Thomas Stack and Donald Ford. Also Presente Alex Kanareff, City Lngineer <br />The meeting was called to o-rder at 10:15 A.M. <br />I?IARJAK?INC PRETZEIANL_ _MJRRAY Z BROWN r'1ND GLAZ?a <br />k revised plan was presented to the Commission showing 208 units, including 16-three bed- <br />room units, 172-two bedronm units and 20-one bedroom units. The detTelopers asked the com- <br />mittee for their recommendations and the following recommendations were made by the com- <br />mittee. 1'hat all prigate drives on the West side must have a five foot buffer by the <br />property line for snow removal purposes. Side yard requirements on dedicated streets <br />must be 25 feet. Buffer plan.ning is required between multi units and residc:rltial LLnits. <br />A depressed i foot area and buffer for road purposes (road 1 foot lower than the building <br />and the buffer strip). In the buffer strip on the Last side of the development the <br />commission requested a 5 foot planted strip b:e.tween .the muTti:;dn.d :re,?idefztia? ltL-nits _aalcJ <br />5 feet for snow removal. The commission also asked the developer to bring a profile plan <br />for the planting strip in the buffer area. Planting strip to be the same grade as the <br />building grade. Parking area to have ground lighting not over 8 feet in height and to <br />be shielded lighting. Also there will be a, private swimming pool and recreational fa,c- <br />ilities. ^1he _F;rst sta-e would coneist of 70 two bedroom suites, 8 one bedroom suites <br />and 12 three bedroom suites. <br />LI73BY-LEL, 1NC. - C. 0, FISFIER <br /> <br />Discussion ensued on this proposal. It was moveel by Mr. LaPonza, seconded by Mr. Mongello, <br />to move the road location on the northerly section of the development into Porter Road to <br />sublot 125 and have the o1d road e?zd cul-de-sac. Mr. Fisher tiai11 bring a new plat for <br />approval at the next regular meeting as this was unanimously approved and was satisfactoj?y <br />to Mr. Fishero <br />?t was moved by Mr. Mongello, seconded by Mr. Vincent, to adjourn the meeting.
