<br />Mr. tililliam Harris9 409 Humiston, Bay Village, Ohio, and NIr. Don Smith, from Andrew Burin's
<br />office, came-before the Commission with a proposal for a motor hotel on Lorain Road near
<br />-the Kroger store. They were requesting the rezoning of the rear corner of the parcel of
<br />land. from residential to commercial to -meat wi 'uh the zoiiing of the rest of the parcel.
<br />Discussion ensued relative to this proposal and it was moved by Mr. LaPonza, seconded by
<br />Mr. Ford, to put this into com-m? ttee for aa-turday. YEAS I,aPonza, Ford, Stack, Nlongello.

<br />PZr. Xellinger came before the Commission with a proposal for an apartment development
<br />located on Clague Road, the Haettich parcel, consisting of 2 buildings with 29 units
<br />each. Discussion ensued relative to this propoUal and it was moved by i'ir. Plongello,
<br />secondecl by Mr. T aPonza, to revietr this and suggested that IuIr. Mellinger come in with a
<br />revised layout. YEAS NIongello, LaPonza, Ford, lIa,cs, Stack.

<br />Discussion ensued relative to this proposal and as they had complied with the request
<br />of the Commissioil and the Fire Chief and Safety Director? i t .Jas rnoved by I+Ir. Ford, sec-
<br />onded by Mr. LaPonza, that the Planning Commission recommend to the Council that the
<br />amendment of the zoning laws to perrnit the building of 100 feet and any other changes
<br />in the height limitations. YEAS Ford, LaPonza, Mongello9 Iqa,cs, Stack. The Commission
<br />will inform Mr. Nudelman when to come back.
<br />PTN OAK APARTMENTS - N1ARJAK,_ INC.
<br />NTr. Glazer presented to the Commission a revised plot plan for their proposed apartment
<br />project. Discussion ensued relative to this proposal and it was moved by Mr. Mongellog
<br />seconded by NTr. Stack, to put this into committee ior rurther studf. YEA,S Mongello,
<br />Stack, Ford, Xacs, LaPoilza. Mr. Glazer was so advised.

<br />Discussion 2nsued relative to this proposal and Mr. Bellan was advised that this would
<br />be put into committee Tor £urther study.

<br />Nlr. Oviatt came before the Commission to present to them the idea of having a city lzospital
<br />located in the City of North Olnsted. He requested that a committee be formed to study the
<br />proposal. It was moved by NLr. LaPonza, seconded by 14r. Stack, t-o form a committee consist-
<br />ing of the entire commission to further study this proposa,l. YEAS LaPonza, Stack, I'lacs,
<br />Mongello, Ford.
<br />It was moved by PZr. Stack, seconded by Mr. LaPonza, to adjourn the meeting. YEAS Stack,
