It was moved by Mr. Vincent,- sec- <br />onded Uy Dira Macs, that a committee of b7r. Dlongello and Mr. Ford meet with <br />the committee of the Jaycees to discuss t1his further as to location, areas, <br />approxiinate cost of these pa.rcels, ete. YEAS Vinaerit, 14a.cs, LaPonza, <br />Mongello, Ford. <br />AI,EXANDER KANARE'FF <br />Mr. Kanareff presented to the Commission a proposal to find a lot site to <br />connect Lorain Road to Brookpark Road near Fleharty Road and close the <br />Fleharty exit onto Brookpark for traffic flow between Lorain and Broolcpark <br />Roads and also to serve the shopping center area for a proposed department store. The aceess onto Bxookpark di-rectlp aeross from Fleharty would also <br />be closed. He was recommending a 70 foot right of way with _44 foot concret+e <br />pavement_and referred this to the Commission for study at the cosnmittee <br />meeting Saturday. - <br />Mr. Pretzman, Mr. Murray and Mr. Glazer, developers of the Parcel next to <br />the proposed street opening entered into the discussion as it would afFect <br />their proposed development. This will be further d.iscussed at the meeting <br />Saturday. <br />JOE BAUER <br />Mr. Bauer, having acquired an extra lot -vJhich he vJill use for road pur- <br />poses :from FiLch Road into his devel.opment, presented his plat for approval <br />of street layout only. Mr. Ford moved, seconded by Mr. Monge llo, that this <br />be accepted for street opening providing that tZre Bauer can acquire this <br />property, the .Albers property, f'or such useo YEAS Ford, Mongello, LaPonzgL <br />Macs, Vincent. <br />GEORGETOvlN AiARTMENTS AND T0I`dNHOUSES PROPOSEDo <br />11ulrr. James T. 1r1i1.son requested that the Co_mmission reconsider this proposed <br />clevelopment.
