JOE BA R As requested, Mr. Bauer presented to th• Comnisslon a plan showing lot sizes, radius requirerrents on cul-de-sacs, etc., and a communication from Mr. & Mrs. Albers in the form of an option to purchase their land onto Fitch Road as an access point. . HIGH RISE ORDINANCE PROPOSED Mr. Mongello presented to the Commission a proposed high-rise ordinance for con- sideration by them compiled by taking a procentage of the requirements of other municipalitles? A copy was presented to each member and to the Solicitor and the Safety Director with a copy to the Safety Director for the Fire Chief. Discussion ensued relative to thts proposed ordinance and it was decided that the Commission should have e Joint meeting with Council cortmittee to study this further. Mr. Mongello will present more information at the next meeting. MARJAK. INC. A comrtunication was read from the Clerk of Council in regard to the street opening through Mar)ak, Inc., and stating that it had been approved by Council as presented. Mr. Murray, of MarJak, Inc., came before the Commission to request a special meeting for Saturdey morning to bring in their plans for this area so that they could present them to the Council at their next meeting and was advisod that becaus• of the hollday this wN k all menibors of the Commisston could not be present. Mr. Wilson read a comnuntcetion to the Conornisston which stated that on Saturday, June 8th, a Girl Scout would tre eppolnted es Chairman of the Planning Commission to serve e half-dey and requestod a roeettng to be held that day.
