Glazer presented a revised plot plan of <br />the proposect Pin Oak Apartment clevelopment based upon passage through the <br />City Council of an ordinance stating tha-u they aesired an easement tYirough <br />the property from Lorain to Brookpark Road for which purpose they have set <br />aside the 35 feet and laid out their apartments accord:ingly. Th'zs pTat <br />showed the easement. It A ll be considered by the Commission. <br />R.ECREATIONAL AREAS <br />Mra Kronin, representing the Jaycees, wa.s present at the meeting anci <br />gave their views on the proposed recreational sites. Mra Ford also re- <br />ported to the Commission what haa taken place at the Jaycee meeting that <br />he attended in relation to tha.s. Statements were mac?e that there should <br />be approximately 5 areas of about 5 acres each and general areas weie <br />pointed out not definite parcels of laiicl. This wi1.l be further stuclied at <br />a follow-up meeting.
