Vincent, Leslie B. Macs, Anthony T. IaPonza, Richard <br />Mongello9 and Donald Ford. <br />Absento Joseph P. Kadyl;ak, Thortas Stacko Also Present: Alex Kanareff, City Engineer; James Ta -Wa.lson, Safety <br />Director; Paul J. Gareau, Mayor; George Sehaaf, Solicitor; <br />Lloyd Barnes, Service Director; and Earl W. Donaldson, Fire <br />Chief ; <br />BUCI-ME EiVTERPRISES" - - <br />A communication was read from Mr. Kanareff in regard to the number of units <br />which would be permis'szble in this area. <br />C & M DEVELOPh'ENT COP'IPA1\ff <br />Mr. DiBenedetto was present at the meeting to present the Commission r.Tith a <br />proposal £of- 2 ten story high rise apartrnents located on the_corner of <br />Rennedy Ridge and Columbia Roadso This is an area of approx.imately 5.5 <br />aeres and would requ ire the rezoning of approximately 600.feet on <br />Col.umbia RcRd. They v,rould dedieate 25+ feet for road purpos es . There <br />would be a total of 330 suites. N1r. DiBenedetto also stated that they <br />vrould give the City a strip of lancl 6$ feet wide and a,pproximately 2$$ <br />feet deep. Discussion ensued relative to-this proposal and it was moved - <br />by Mr.. Macs, seconded by Ms°e LaPonza, to put this into committee for <br />further study. YEAS Nlacs, LaPonza, Vineent, lfflongello, Ford. The committee <br />wili meet Ju].y 16 at 7 0 00 P.M. on th? s site. <br />NORTH OLDISTED A°ART14ENTS -SAKS 8c_ GOLDBERG <br />A communieation was read from Parkhaven Builders withdraiRring their pro- <br />posed apartment development for this-area on the Southwest corner of <br />Brookparli and Columbia Roads. Saks and Goldberg, developers, submitted <br />plans f'or 20$ suites in this same area, The area is approximately 14.2 <br />acres and 11.36 acres is presently zoned for this purpose. It will con- <br />sist of 2 story buildings and there would be a 60 foot right of way o <br />Discussion ensued relative to this proposal and it was moved by Mr. LaPonza <br />se¢onded by Mr. Ford, to put this into-committee for further study. YEAS' <br />I,aPonza, Ford, Dlacs, h'Iongello, Vincent. <br />WALDO t S SUEDIVISION- FORrERLY GEORGE M. BELLAN SUBDIVTSION <br />Plans for this subdivision were resubmiUted and they were advised that the <br />sewEr easement into the Madow property woulcl have to be shovaz on this p].an. <br />It was moved by Mro Ford, seconded by Mr. Macs, that this be accepted <br />qontingent upon the easement into the Rose Tree Subdivision No. 3 being <br />shoiin upon the plat. YEAS Fo-rd, Macs, I,a.Ponza, Vincent, Mongello. <br />PIN OAK SUBDSVISION <br />? <br />Discussion ensued relative to this development and it was moved by Mr. <br />Maes, seconded by n1r. Fa-rd, to accept this proposed subdivis3on for recorcl- <br />ing purposes onlye YEAS Macs, Ford, Ilongello, Vincent, LaPonza.
