It was suggested <br />that a letter be aent to the Illuminating Coaupany and ask them to come out and expla.in <br />eaactly how this is handled. <br />PROPOSED DRAFT TO HIGH RISE <br />After atn.dy, Mr. Mongello auggested the following changea in this proposed draft which <br />will he forwarded to Council by hima <br />1. 10 or 7 foot area should be lar.dscaped <br />2. minimum dwelling unit area ehould be changed from 660 square feet to 700 <br />sqnare feet for a one bedroom unit e 800 square feet for a two bedroom <br />unit and 1200 square feet for a three bedroom unit <br />3. Section 1205.10 additional facilities for high rise, should include res- <br />taurant and lounge facilitiea for public use in commercial zaning only <br />4. Should have dedieated streets 300 to 350 feet ap?.r.rt for fire k4pdrants to <br />be located. <br />IKDUSTRIAL AREA <br />It was moved by Mr. gadylake seconded by Mr. Mongello, to pass this on to Council for <br />study by them and then have a joint meeting with them in regaY°d to this before the next <br />CounciZ meeting.
