Maca, Richard Moxsgello. . <br />Absent: Thomas Stack. <br />Alao Present: George Schaa.f, Solicitor; James Wilson, Safety Director; 91ex ganareff, <br />City.Engineer; and Henry Caeter, Fraacis O,Neill, Ralph Christman, Alea <br />Mangani, and James Leonard, Cotincilmen. <br />The meeting was called to ordex° at 8:15 P.M. by Chairman Vincent. <br />the minutes cf the previous meeting were read and approved as read. <br />The minutea of the special meeting were read by Mr. I,aPonza and corrected as reflected in <br />the corrected minutea of said meeting. <br />MAY 00. bir. Shur, Ntr. Bill bowery, and Mr. Ha,rry Neeter, representing the May Co. were present at <br />this meetiag. Mr. Shur presented a plat to the Commission along with a Zegal descriptioa <br />for the requeeted rezoned areas for location of the May Co., a copy of whic'a will be on <br />file in the files of the Planning Commission for future ref erence. A cowmunication in <br />the form of a committment was xead from Mr. I,ovrrey, legal counsel Por the May Co. <br />JOE BAUEft - BUTTEgN[JT HEIGHTS SIIBDIVIS ION <br />Mr. Bauer preeented a plat to the Commission requeating rezoning of a parcel on Batternut <br />Ridge Hoad from eingle fami3,y residence to apartment zoning. <br />Mr. Bauer also preaented a plan to the Commission requesting simi].ar zoning of a parce3 <br />located off WThitethorn Aveaue. The Planning Commission put these into committee for <br />further stndy and will inform Mr. Bauer of their decisions on those two proposale at the <br />next meeting. <br />RZEPKA COIdSTRUCTION COP9PANY <br />Nlr.- Andreano presented plans for a proposed subdivision of 18 sublots located off Hawkins <br />Drive. It was moved by Mr. ZaPonza,, eeconded by Mrl Ford. to put this into committee for <br />further etudy. YEAS La.Ponza, Ford. Pincent, Maca, gad.ylak, Mongello. <br />Xr'?NrTETH BAKER and MILIS PANEK, HOMEO'JVNM <br />Mr. Baker and Mr. Panek came before the Commission in regard to rezoning ordinance 63-178 <br />in,regard to what could be done about this propoaed rezoning and were adnised that they <br />wou].d hane to wait until the publie hearing on the same. <br />HENNIE HOMES <br />NIr. Puzzitello eame before the Commission in regard to the proposed entrance to Mitahell <br />Drive in their subdigision off Columbia xoad. The pronoaed dividing wall will be located <br />30 feet from the inside edge of the aidewalk and will be four (4) feet in height. It wae <br />moved by Mr. Macs, aeeonded by Mr. LaPonza, to aceept this as proposed. YEAS Macs, <br />LaPonza, Ford, Mongello, Yincent, Kadylak.
