Minutes og November 26, 1963 -2- CLAIRE A. GRIFFIN Mr. Sell, repreaenting Mrs. Griffin, came before the Commission with a proposal for re- platting of a lot located on Poz°ter Road. Discuasion ensued relative to thie proposal and it was moved by Mr. Ford, aeconded by Mre LaPonza, to accept this propoeal aa pre- sented. YEAS Ford, LaPonza, Ntaca, Kadylsk. AMBOUR DRIVE A vacation plat was presented by Mr. Gundy f or the exce$s areas of the cul-de-sacs on Ambour Drive sublots 12, 13, 14, 15, 22, 23, and 24. It wae moved by Mr. gadyla?k, sec- onded by Mr. Ford, to acoept this vacation plat aa shown, giving the exeess areas of the cul.-de-aace to the property owh-.sra of these sublotQ. YEAS gadylak, Ford, LaPonza, Macs SAKS & GOLDBERG Mr. Gundy came before the Commiasion asisi.ng what the Commisaion meant by a buffer atrip and sae advised that a buffer atrip was a plantiag area. Mr. Gundy presented the Sake and Goldberg plat to the Commisaion in regard to the buffer etrips and action Zeft up to the discretion of the Building Cop}missionero GEORGE WEI,SCH PROPOSED STJBDIVISI4I1 IdO. 1(Former RiMu Subdivision) Mr. Andreano presented plana f or 10 sublote on Weat 230th Street off Aleaander. Di.s- cu3sion ensued relative to this proposed eubdivision and it was moved by Mr. LaPonza, seconded bg Mr. Sadylak, to put this into committee and requesting the developer to be present at the next meeting. INDUSTRIAL STREET PLAN Mr. Kanareff presented to the Commfssion the final of the Master Street and Industrfal Subdivision South of Zor ain as agreed upan by the Planning Commission aad Council.
