<br />Mr. Varady came be£ore the Coffirnission urith a plan propoaing rezoning for the a.rea betteeen
<br />Brookpark and Mastick 8oada f or high r3se apartment zoaing. This is a 42 acre parcel. It
<br />was moved bg Mr. LaPonza, seconded by Mr. 144cs, to pcit this into committeee YEAS LaPonza,
<br />Maca. Ford, Yincent.

<br />A communication wa$ read from the C1erk of Couneil in regard to Ordinance 63-258 requesting
<br />a xecommendation from the Commission. It was moved by Mr. Ford, aeconded by Rir. LaPonza,
<br />to approve Ordinance 63-258 as written. YEAS Ford, I,aPonzaD Macs, Vfncent.
<br />ORDINANCE 63-237
<br />A coomunication was read from the Clerk of Covncil in regar@ to Ordinance 63-237 requeet-
<br />ing a recommendation from the Commiasion. It ivas moved by Mr. LaPonza, seconded by NIr.
<br />Macao to approwe Ordinance 63-237 as written. YEAS LaPonza, Ma.cs. Ford. Vincent.
<br />In reference to changing the Zoning Code with reference to elimination of the word
<br />napartment moteln, this vsas considered by the Commission and it waa moved by Mre I,aPonza,
<br />seconded by Mr. Ford, to approve this ordinance as written. YEAS LaPonza, Ford, Mace,
<br />Vineent.
<br />HARRIS - PROPOSED REZONING
<br />Yt was moved by Mr. Ford, seconded by Mr. LaPonza, to recommend to Council the disapproval
<br />of Ordinance 63-178. YEA,S LaPonza, Ford, Maca, Vincente
<br />JOSEPH KftISTOFP - 3684 Clague Road
<br />Mr. Kristoff came before the Commission requesting the rezoning of his parcel on the North-
<br />west corner of Lorain and Clague Eoads and the parcel of Mrs. Douglas bordering his parcel,
<br />from residential to general retail. No action was taken on thie matter.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Mace, seconded by Mr. LaPonza, to make this the last meeting of the

<br />It was moved by Mr. Macs, seconded by idr. Ford, to thank the City Officials for the valuable
