It was moved by Mr. Greene that Use Perm-it be granted per plans on file; however, <br />future aclditions will be subject to review and ?pproval by the Board.. Olmsted, Oo (Chapter 1163, Sub-Chapter <br />1163.01, Fage 42)s <br />Appellantts appeal had been on the Agenda for the Juiy 14, 1964 Meeting. As he <br />was not present, case had been tabled f or the August 11, 1964 Meeting. Appellant <br />advised he misunderstood notification and did not believe he was -to be present. <br />Mr. Greene movect that we remove the "table" from the minutes of Jul;,T 14, 1964 <br />(Item 6), and hear appeal at this meeting. Ylr. Klinite seconded motion and it <br />was unanimausly approved. <br />in <br />Appellant advised that proposed dwelling would be/line with other exi.sting homes <br />and that because of the shortness of the lots, a back yard would be necessai-Y f or <br />their utilization. %variance <br />Mr. Greene moved that this back yard variance be grailted upon presentation of no <br />? objection letters frcm notified neighbors, particularly those neighbors ir_ the <br />back. iviotion seconded b7 "tJirs.
