Trees on lot would have to be cut to stay within orciinance require- <br />mentso Appellant submitted a ne-objection letter from adjacent neighbor, George H. <br />Szeretvia. Neighbor directly Gcross the street, 23922 Delmere, objec-ted, feeling <br />no variances should be permitted on a n.ew street. <br />A1r.
