7. Appella.nt: Nir. Andrew Kovach, 24147 LeBern Drive, North Olmsted. <br />? Ref: Request to build an attached brick garage, which would be 3.9 <br />feet from the side Iine and twenty-nine feet from rear lot line. <br />Zoning Oxdinance 62-33, Section 1161,01 stipulates side yard <br />widths of fifteen feeta <br />A neighbor of Mr. Kovach, Williarl Daniel 24178 LeBern Drive, indicated <br />hgs agreement, and said he believed most other neighbors approved too. <br />Mr. Klinite moved to grant the variance on the basis that Nir. Kovach <br />reduce the tvidth of his garage, sa that a minimum distance o£ five feet <br />will exist between the garage wa11 an.a the side yard line. Nirs. Eian <br />seconded, and the vote was unanimous. <br />8. Appellant: h1r. Lester Johns, 18505 Ponciana Avenue, Cleveland, 0. <br />Ref: Request €or variance to improve the property at 27105 Lorain <br />Road, North Olmsted, by adding marquees to i:he builrling and <br />remodeling the building, and improving parking facilities. <br />Zoning Ordinance 62-33, 5ection 1231.02 (B) restricts alterations <br />of nonconforming buildingse <br />Mr. Schaaf moved to grant a setback var3ance,provided the appellant <br />£urnish off-street parking, as required by the Zoning Ordinance.
