Caeter diecuased with the Commission some of the pros and cons of rezoning Butternut <br />Ridge Road for apartffient dwellings. <br />Mr. Mangani advised the Commission that the I,aw Direetor iB now working on the high rise <br />ord3nances the platting ordinance, and the cluster planning ordinanee. <br />Mr. Limpert advised that the site committee for a new city hall wae looking into the two <br />sublots located adjacent to the existing City Hall. <br />With no bther busineas before the Commission Nfr. Macs introduced Ma,yor Christman who then <br />introduced the guest apealcer, Nir. Bill Henry, director of Hegtonal Planning who, in turn, <br />introduced hie assvciatea, also gueet speakere, Mr. Kaufman, Deputg Direetor,of Regional <br />Planning, Mr. Abendroth, Deputy Director of Community Planning, a,nd Mr. Crandall, Chief <br />Planner of the Regional Planning Commiss3on. Mr. Henry gave an enlightening talk follovred <br />by a discusaion period. <br />It was moved by Mr. Prokasy, aeconded b9 Mr. For d, to adjourn the meeting.
