<br />Mr. DiBenedetto appeared before the Commission inquiring as to the status of the
<br />high-rise ordinance and was adviced by the Law Director that he was working on it,

<br />Mr. Richard Aller, representing Joseph Bauer, presented a plan for 5 sublots lo-
<br />cated on Nantucket Drive, being A, B, C, now owned by them, and D and E which Eie is ?
<br />in the process af purrhasinga It was moved by Mr. LaPonza, seconded by Mr. Prokas?,'- '
<br />to reject this proposal on the grounds that the size of the lots didn*t conform with

<br />Mr. Paul McVey, 5268 Devon, came before the Commission in regard to a private
<br />swimming pool and as1cing the Gommission if they could help locate this pool. D?s-
<br />cussion ensued relative to this problem and Mr. McVey was advised of a satisf actory
<br />location,
<br />Mr. Kadylak regorted on th.e Ohio Conference he attended stating that the main tqpic
<br />there was hospitaTs,
<br />Mr. Kadylak also repot°ted on the Ohio Turnpike totals through March. He stated that
<br />Interchange 9, the North Olmsted interchange, is the 4th ranking now and by Aug ust
<br />should be seccand, He, alsa reporited that as of March, 1963, there was a total Qf
<br />333,981 vehicles and as of Mareh, 1964, a tQtal of 374,421, or an increase of 127o.
<br />Mr. Ford t'hen repor-ted on the meeting with Mr. Mangani and Mayor Christman in regard
<br />to the proposed amendment to Mro Christman*s requests for Lorain Road, and the
<br />Planning Commissian reCommends to Covtncil that Chapter 1174,02, Setback RegulationS,
<br />be changed to 50' from the street line> Aiso, same regulation in the setback arpa
<br />not to be used for display of inerchandise. Also, Section 1173.02--Paragraph G, the
