<br />The Building Department Repmrt was read and a copy presented to each member mf the Gommissic>m,

<br />was moved by Mr. Vincent, seconded by Mr. Kadylak, to accept this proposed resubdiv$sion of
<br />blots 12 and 3 as presented contingent upon the approval of the City Engineer, YEAS Vincent,

<br />LAKE CITY LAND GOMPANY
<br />Mr, I,ombardo and Mre Sands presented a new proposal for the land located Qn Caluaibfa R?ad
<br />between Brookpark and Mastick Raads, This plan showed 44 townhouses and 184 high-rise with
<br />a total of 358 parking, Discussion ensued relative to this proposed apartment development
<br />and it was moved by Mr, LaPonza, seconded by Mr. Prokasy, to put this into committee for
<br />further study< YEAS LaPonza, Prokasy, Ford, Kadylak, Vincent, Macs,
<br />It was moved by Mr. Prokasy, seconded by Mre Kadylak, that a letter should be sent ta the Mayor
<br />and Cauncil in regard to other meetings being held on regular Commission meeting nights. It is
<br />the feeling of the Gommission that no other meetings shorxld be scheduled f.or th.esc nights and
<br />if they are necessary-9 that these meetings be held somewhere other than the regular meeting
<br />place of the Gommission, All were in accord as this has been brought to the a'ttentian of
<br />Gouncil before, YEAS Prcakasy, Kadylak, LaPonza, Ford, Vincent, Maeso

<br />Plans were presented for a water main on Reed Drive by Mr, Kanareff, It was maved by Mr,
<br />LaPonzay seconded by Mx°. Prokasy to approve these plans contingent upon the revision made hy
<br />'Ahe Ca.ty Engineer being included on this plan, YEAS LaPon2a, Prokasy, Kadylak, Ford9 Maes,
