<br />Columbia Road and also contingent upon the proof of awnership of the Rich property, and if
<br />both these contingencies are not met then they are asking approval of the same plan with
<br />the whole plot moved 30 feet to the West so that it will all be within the area presently
<br />zoned for mixed use. Discussion ensued relative to this new proposal and it was maved by
<br />Mr. Kadylak, seconded by Mr, Vincent, that accordfng to what the developers have presented
<br />in this proposal, contingent upon the approval of the City Engineer, and with the further
<br />contingency that they prove ownership of the Rich parcel, that this proposed subdivision

<br />ROLLING ACRES SUBDTVISION
<br />Upon presentation by Mr. Kanareff he was advised that this was under review by the Mayor at
<br />the present time and therefore no action could be taken on this proposal,
<br />NORTH PARK ESTATES SUBDIVISION N0, 3
<br />A proposal for a subdivision of 4 sublots on Porter Road was presented by Mr. Kanareff on
<br />behalf of the C. 0. Fisher Development Co. This subdivision would be adjoining North Park
<br />states Subdivision Nos, 1 and 2. Discussion ensued relative tQ this proposal and it was
<br />oved by Mr. Vincent, seconded by Mr. LaPonza, to approve this as presented, YEAS Vincent

<br />GREAT NORTHERN BOULEVARD EXTENSION
<br />Upon presentation by Mrm Kanareff he was adv-ised that thfs is under review by the Law Director
<br />and upon discussion it was moved by Mr. Vincent, seconded by Mr. LaPonza, to approve this
<br />right of way subject to the approval of the Law Director and City Engineer. YEAS Vincent,

<br />BRETTON RIDGE SUBDIVISION N0, 3
<br />A proposal for a subdivision of 129 sublots located between 180 and Lorain Road was presented
<br />by Mr, Kanareff. Discussion ensued and it was moved by Mr. Kadylak, seconded by Mr. I,aPonza,
<br />to put this into committee for further study. YEAS 'Kadylak, LaPonza, Macs, Ford, Vincent,

<br />PROP06ED WATER MAIN IMPROVEMIIVT PLANS FOR BRADLEY, MTLL, BROXBOURNE, BARTON AND CANTERBURY
<br />ROADS AS AUTHORIZED BY COUNCIL,
<br />Proposed water main improvement plans for Bradley, Mill, Broxbourne, Barton and Canterbury
<br />Roacls as authorized by Council were presented to the Commission by the assistant City
<br />Engineer for approval. It was moved by Mr. LaPonza, seconded by Mr. Prokasy, to accept
<br />Jhese improvement plans as presented and the City Engineer will forward Mr. Mangani's copy to
