DiBenedetto, C& M Development <br />Company, presented plans for high rzse aslcing for rezoning of the <br />Northwest corner of Columbia an.d FCennedy Ridge Road (former <br />Frank J. Humel proper-ty)to high rise. Discussion ensued between <br />the City L'ngineer, 'ivIr. Cicero, the Law Director and commissi on <br />memUers and it was moved by lir. Vincent, seconded by Mr. LaPonza, <br />to recommens to Council the reaoning of this parcel for high rise, <br />and that the 1ega1 description of said propeity be attached and <br />becotne pa.rt oi the min.u -Les .
