Syszurowski9 Daniels and Cemanec, and Mrs. Daniels, Ntrs. Hawk and Mrs. <br />Froelich. Mr. Wright said that lack of adequate storm sewers, which <br />would cost more than $45,000,necessitated the increase in number of <br />apartment units f rom 116 to 128, so as to absorb the additional cost <br />and make the project economically feasible. As the group milled about <br />the discussion table looking at the plans, the general concensus seemed <br />to £avor granting the variance, with any objections being mild, such as <br />ecstatic appearance, or extra rubbish collection9 and no one strongly <br />opposedo Mr. Foltz then suggested the request should be studied fur- <br />ther Uy members of the City Cauncil Committee fox City Planningy Messrs. <br />Caster, Mangani and lafestm <br />Mr. Greene moved to table tne request until a special meeting, to be <br />held xpxil 21, which would be attended by members of the City planning <br />Committee of Council, or a representativem Mrsa Eian seconded. Appellant: Fa.-mous Iiomes, Inc., 4070 Eastway Roacl, Soutlz Euclid, 0. <br />Ref: Request for variance (1133.15) to build.model homes at 24734, <br />24758 and 24782 Doe Drive, North Ulmsted, which would require <br />individual front yard setbacks t'rom nine to 'Lhirteen feet less <br />than the fifty feet required by Secti.on 1159,01 of the Zoning <br />Ordinance. <br />No one appeared on behalf of Famous Homes. mr. Klinite observed the <br />request may still be bei`ore Council's City planning Com.mittee. NIr. <br />Fo1tz then said he felt that the 351 setback seemed adequate to him, <br />and that his Council committee is now recommending establishment of a <br />revised ordinance requiring all lots to have 150 feet as minimum depth, <br />Mr. Greene inoved to table the request until the next regular meei:inge <br />A4r.
