Request for variance (1133013) to erec-t a real estate development sign <br />at the northwest corner of West Park Dri4e and Lorain Road. This vio- <br />lates 5ection 1225.01 (C) Sub 2 of the Zoni ng Ordinance' which stipu- <br />l.ates subclivision deve].opment signs must be on develop*ent property and <br />within 500 feet of the development. <br />This request was tabled at gpril 7, 1965, meeting9 penc3ing agreerisnt between tqessrs. <br />C. 0: Fischer and sa.ul 3iskind., and adjoining property owners on yvergreen Drive. <br />Site, ohrned by Mro Biskind, already contains his development sagn' also the Fischer <br />Developraent sign which was ereeted 'oefore the appellant became awax°e of the violation. <br />Prope-rty owners would agree to kir.
