Sourek presenting camplete pl.ans for the house.. <br />Mr. Gundy said -t-,hat Mr. Pinkham of W95 Barton Rd, had phoned and said he had no <br />? objection, and stated he hacl talked to several of the neighbors, who voiced no <br />obaectiono <br />Mr. Greene moved to grant the variance. Second by Mr. Byers. Vote was unanimous. <br />11. Appellant : Ilir. Ronald L. Sowers' 22984 MacBeth, North C3lmsted <br />Ilaf: Request for variance (1133+13) to place on his 1ot a 12 story brick house <br />which will be moved from Medina Freeway path, .7irst f1ihor measures 874 <br />square feet. Request is in violation of Section 1153.03., which sta-tes <br />12 story dwellin,g in C I-Zesidence Dis-trict -ghall contain 950 square feet <br />minimum livable first iloor area. <br />Mr. Sowers was represented by his parents., 1,1r. and YxsO Lonnie Sowers, and Yir. Nick <br />Schkurko of IZural Movers. Inasmuch as lat where home was to be placedwas not specifi- <br />cally men.tioned in application for variance., rwtification was not sent to the proper <br />persons. Tt was learned that tY-- lot where home is to be placedis 22971 Vixginia Ave. <br />On examining the plans for the home and the lot' it was noted that there is a side <br />yard discrepancy of 4 ft.., side yards measuring 5 ft.-on one side and only 11 on tihe <br />other. <br />Mr, and Yirs. Sowers sere asked to brin.g in a petition oi signatures of property o-vmers <br />w-ithin 200 ft. area, stating f,hey would no't object to the 76 fto shortage in living <br />space9 nor ta the four ft. side line variance on the east side. <br />Mr. Greene moved that tYne variance by granted on condition that Mr. G.indy receive <br />approval, from the property oianers living in a 200 ft. areao Second.by Mr. Byers. <br />-Vo te was unanimous e <br />12, Appellants Beerpath DeeveZopment Co.9 19780 So. Sagamore _ Rde, Fairview Park <br />Ref; Request for variance (1133.13) to erect a subdivision development sign <br />on Brookpark Rde, appraximate?y 800 feet west of C1aga.e., on the north <br />side of streeta Requ.est is in violation of Section 1225.01 (C) Sub 2, <br />tii.hieh requires subclivision development signs to be on the developrnent <br />property, within 500 feet of -?he development. <br />No one appeared to represent tYe appe3lan-to Mr. Greene moved to tab1e the request <br />until the next rmeting.
