<br />The meeting was called to order a-t 7:00 P.M. by Chairmzan Prokasy.

<br />A commit-tee was fo-rmed made up of Mr. Musial and 1e1r. Fabek for the
<br />purpo s e of s tudying the rez oning of Lorain Ro-a d.
<br />Discussior_ also ensucd zelative to tlle possibility o£ uPgrading tnd
<br />rezoning the Cart erbury iLoaa, Dover Road und Porter Road areas a
<br />Discussion ensued relative to the rules and regulations of the Planning
<br />Commission and it was moved by I?ir. Ford, seconded by Mro Musial, to
<br />adopt these -ru1es and regulatlons c,Tith the changes as made at this
<br />special meeting. YEAS Ford, Niusial, Lal?onza, Prokasy, Esgar, Fabek,
<br />Spalding.
<br />Discussion ensttied'and it was moved by NTr. LaFonza, seconded by Mr.
<br />Prokasy, to have these rules and iegulations become effective March
